PRIVATE PAELLA EVENTS
One of my favorite things to create is Paella. I love to make paella on an out door paella grill. If you have a large group you are in luck because we have two out door paella grills and we can have a friendly competition.

Traditional Spanish Seafood Paella with prawns, mussels, scallops, chorizo, saffron, smoked paprika
Table Side Spanish Caesar with spiced marcona almonds, toasted ciabatta croutons and manchego cheese
Assorted Tapas as we cook
Fresh made Churros with Kahlua Chocolate Dipping sauce

$85 per person – weekday minimum of six people – weekend minimum of eight people
