Bella’s Shrimp Cocktail

  • 1 pound of shrimp, boiled, peeled and deveined
  • 2 avocados, chopped
  • 1/2 red onion, diced
  • 6 to 8 grape tomatoes, sliced
  • 1 cup pomogranate seeds
  • 1 jalapeño, seeded and diced (more if you like spicy)
  • 1/2 cup of fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 – 2 cutie tangerines ( using the segments cut in half)
  • 2 limes zest & juice
  • 2 – 3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
  • 4 dashes of tabasco or hot sauce of your choice
  • salt & pepper

Mix all veggies and fruit together, add tabasco, olive oil and lime juice, stir well.  Add cilantro and shrimp and mix together.  Cover and chill for 2-3 hours.  Serve in individual glasses, garnish with fresh cilantro.
