Sous Vide Goat Cheese Souffle’
SOUS VIDE GOAT CHEESE SOUFFLE
Pre heat your Sous Vide to 170* Egg Base: use your Magic Bullet or Blender 6 eggs 4 ounces cream cheese 4 ounces soft goat cheese 1/4 cup cream Sprinkle salt & pepper
Place these ingredients in the pitcher of your magic bullet and blend until well combined.
Either spay your jars or use butter. Then pour the egg mixture into six 4-ounce mason jars. Place the lids on the jars, and place the jars in the pre heated water. You can even stack two jars on top of each other .
Set timer for 45 – 50 minutes.
Serve with roasted asparagus & crostini
