If you have not made my savory cheesecake yet, you need to! This one is made in the instant pot and you cannot get much easier then that. I used to make this at my restaurant and it was a favorite. You can serve small individual wedges on a plate for guests, or cut a quarter of the cheesecake and set out with crackers or crostini. One cheesecake can easily be used for a couple of events.
