Bahn Mi Pizza

Recently I traveled to Vietnam and fell in love with the street food. So much flavor that your taste buds go WILD ! Bahn Mi is traditionally prepared with nice crunch French bread and filled with selected marinated meats, topped with fresh veggies and herbs and served with a sweet n spicy dipping sauce. I swore when I got back to the states I would never come up with a blend of Italian/Vietnamese Food. I lied. This pizza is ridiculously delicious.

One pizza is with pork belly (that I braised first) and shrimp that has been marinated. Garnished with fresh greens, veggies, herbs and served with a dipping sauce. One pizza is a lemongrass marinated beef (I used flatiron steak slice very thin). Garnished with fresh greens, cilantro, mint, papaya & crushed peanuts.
