Great for a breakfast pizza or for dessert.
- one pizza crust recipe
- ricotta cheese
- fresh apricots or peaches
- blueberries
- bananas
- macron almonds
- raw sugar
Prepare pizza crust recipe. Shape dough balls into circles, place on a pizza peel that has been sprinkled with corn meal. Lightly brush with olive oil.
With the back of a tablespoon spread ricotta cheese right onto the dough. Arrange with fresh fruit and nuts, sprinkle with raw sugar.
If you do not have a pizza oven, slide right onto a hot grill. Cook until underside starts getting color. Remove to a stone and pull lid down to finish cooking the top of pizza.
