Ingredients
1 cup all purpose flour
1 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Fox Point seasoning
1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
1 cup Fage 0% yogurt
Extra virgin olive oil or melted butter
Fresh parsley minced, grated parmesan and Maldon flaked sea salt for finishing.
Instructions
In a medium size bowl add all of your dry ingredients, stir with a wooden spoon until everything is all mixed up. Add the fresh parmesan and yogurt stirring until you form a dough ball. Sprinkle a little bit of flour on the counter top or cutting board and kneed the bread dough.
Preheat Air Fryer – 375* for 5 minutes.
Divide the dough in 8 pieces. shape either into 8 rolls, or 8 logs and create a knot. Brush each roll with olive oil or melted butter. Place in the air fryer that has been sprayed with oil. Baking time is 10 minutes, or until golden. It is not necessary to turn the rolls. At 9 minutes drizzle more olive oil or melted butter over the rolls, sprinkle some Malden flaked sea salt ( a little goes a long way) freshly grated parmesan and minced Italian parsley. Cook one more minute or until they are nice and golden brown. Remove the rolls from the air fryer and let cool just a few minutes before serving.
Notes
If you happen to have leftover the following day, and would like some rolls for lunch, use the reheat mode on your air fryer to reheat.
I would like to make the crazy easy bread dough but I don’t have an air fryer. Can I make them in my convection oven? If so what temperature and time?
Marion, place the rolls on a parchment lined sheet pan and in a preheated convection oven at 375*. The cooking time will be a little longer 12 – 15 minutes. Hope you try them and enjoy!
