White Chocolate Strawberries

If these strawberries do not scream holidays and bubbles I don’t know what does! They are perfect to serve with a champagne toast to start your party. But they are divine for Sunday Brunch.

BASIL SUGAR

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup fresh basil

Place sugar and basil into food processor and pulse until well combined. Can be saved in an airtight container.

White Chocolate Dipped Strawberries

1 pound fresh strawberries

1 package white chocolate

Wipe strawberries with a slightly damp paper towel to remove any dirt. Do not rinse with water. Place white chocolate chips in a microwaveable bowl and microwave on 15 second intervals. White chocolate will burn quickly so be patient, when chocolate is melted, dip a strawberry then place strawberry on a parchment lined cookie sheet pan and sprinkle with basil sugar. Store in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
