Who is grilling for the holiday weekend? Bella has the best BBQ rub in town. Keep in mind it would make a great Father’s Day gift with some grilling tools. I have used this BBQ rub on chicken, turkey, salmon, burgers, ribs & steaks. Its that good. The recipe make quite a bit which is nice, just store in an airtight container.
Bella’s BBQ Rub
1 ¼ cup brown sugar
¼ cup sea salt
½ cup papkrika (try smoked for extra flavor)
3 T. dried parsley
2 T. dried basil
2 T. dried thyme
2 T. dried onion
1 ½ T. lemon pepper
1 T. garlic powder
1 t. all spice
1 t. cinnamon
Mix all ingredients in medium size mixing bowl. Stir with a spoon to combine well. Store in airtight container.
